Notes on macOS versions

This section collects notes on a handful of macOS releases, each obtained as an os x torrent. The aim is straightforward: describe what the installer provides, how the system presents itself after a clean setup, and which hardware it expects. No comparisons, no rankings — just aspect-by-aspect observations.

How this rubric is kept

Entries cover four builds: macOS Catalina, macOS Mojave, macOS High Sierra and the earlier macOS Golden Gate. For every version the notes touch on the interface changes that appear straight after installation, the workflow adjustments that follow from dropped or added features, and the compatibility picture with common Mac models.
